Delivery Information

How much is postage and packaging?

United Kingdom & Channel Islands
Standard Royal Mail  – FREE on sales of £40.00 or more
Delivery should normally take 2-5 working days.

Signature required. Delivery should normally take 2-5 working days.

Europe –
Delivery should normally take 3-7 working days.

Rest of the world –
Delivery should normally take 5-10 working days – however we ask that you allow up to 20 working days as on occasion delays can occur.

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 days and 30 days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

Please note, DreamsDay Spa can only entertain claims for lost items within 40 days of despatch.

When will my order be posted?

All items are dispatched within three working day of placing your order.


 

Return’s Policy

For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 14 days of despatch.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.

When will I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of order and your goods are then shipped within three working day. We do not take orders for items that are not in stock.

What about VAT?
Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20% where applicable. dreamsdayspa.net pay all VAT directly to UK customs.

For deliveries outside of the UK, in the rare event that you are charged import duty,dreamsdayspa.net will not provide a refund.

Why has my payment been declined?
Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

Is your card out of date?
Have you entered your details correctly?

If the problem persists please contact your bank or card issuer.

Why haven’t I received my order?
Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail Post . Standard delivery time to the UK is 2 to 3 working days. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area selecting the applicable order number.
