Owner
With an incredible 37 years of self-employment under her belt, Aileen began her journey in the beauty industry at just 16 years old and has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise over the years.
She specialises in a range of advanced treatments, including Apilus electrolysis, CryoPen, microneedling and chemical peels.
What she loves most about her work is helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Seeing the smiles on their faces and knowing she’s made a positive difference is what makes her job so rewarding.
With decades of experience and a genuine passion for what she does, Aileen takes great pride in providing high-quality treatments and personalised care to every client.
Aileen is currently taking a short sabbatical while she undergoes hand surgery. She looks forward to being back at the spa soon, welcoming clients and sharing her expert advice once again.

Spa Manager
Karen is our incredible Spa Manager at DreamsDay Spa. With an impressive 19 years in the industry, she's truly a gem. Specialising in intimate waxing and crafting the perfect makeup look with Delilah products, she brings unparalleled expertise to our team.
What sets her apart is not just her skill but her genuine passion for ensuring every customer feels comfortable and valued. She's dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere and giving 101% to customer care and experience.
When she's not making magic happen at the spa, she enjoys spending her spare time on various hobbies that keep her inspired and energised.

Lucy
Beauty & Holistic Therapist
Lucy joined DreamsDay Spa in 2021 and has loved being part of the team ever since!
She specialises in a variety of holistic therapies, including reflexology, massage, cancer wellness treatments, Pevonia facials and our unique Clear Head Ritual. Lucy is passionate about helping clients relax, unwind and enjoy some much-needed time for themselves. For her, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing clients leave feeling calmer, refreshed and truly cared for.
Lucy is dedicated to giving every client her very best, ensuring each visit is a personal and positive experience. She truly values the wonderful relationships she builds with her clients and takes pride in making everyone feel welcome and relaxed.
Outside of treatments, Lucy’s creative side shines through in her TikTok videos! She loves bringing a little fun to the spa and connecting with people in a different way.
Jane
Receptionist
Jane is the amazing talent behind the seamless operation of our reception area. Jane's dedication and friendly demeanor make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through our door.
Since Jane joined the team in 2023, she has trained in Pevonia's advanced skin care and Delilah makeup. This training has really boosted her confidence and allows her to provide our clients with an exceptional experience every time they visit us.
Jane is incredibly supportive, always ready with helpful advice and a smile. She's an invaluable part of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping our spirits high.

Holly
Beauty Therapist
Holly is one of our incredibly talented therapists who joined us during her second year of college in 2023.
Holly has undergone extensive training in a variety of techniques and therapies. She is well-versed in Pevonia's advanced skin care methods, Micro-needling, Chemical peels, Lycon Intimate waxing, Nouveau LVL Lash treatments and Browsculpt services. Whether you're looking for a rejuvenating facial or meticulous brow shaping, Holly's expertise ensures you'll leave feeling pampered and revitalized.
Holly is currently supporting the team by offering Apilus electrolysis treatments while Aileen is away, ensuring our clients can continue to receive the care and expertise they know and trust.

Scarlett
Beauty Therapist
Currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 qualification, Scarlett has already successfully completed her NVQ Level 2 and is continuing to develop her skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience with our team.
Known for her bright, bubbly personality and friendly approach, she is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. Her meticulous eye for detail makes her particularly talented in nail treatments, where precision and perfection are key.
She has also completed her Pevonia facial training and OPI Builder Gel training, further expanding her expertise and allowing her to provide high-quality treatments with confidence.
Scarlett has recently expanded her knowledge and skills to include our Hydrotherapy bath, Demeter Pressotherapy treatments, Massage and HydroDiamond facials. She’s excited to bring these wonderful treatments together to create some lovely spa packages and special offers for our clients to enjoy.
Diana
Beauty Therapist
Diana’s warm and caring nature perfectly complements her expertise in massage therapy. She is genuinely passionate about helping clients reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being.
Diana specialises in Buccal Therapy, an advanced intra-oral massage technique that works on the muscles inside the mouth. This treatment can help relieve jaw tension and discomfort associated with issues such as TMJ, while also helping to sculpt and define the facial contours for a more lifted appearance.
Alongside her massage therapy qualifications, Diana has completed advanced training in gel and builder gel applications and facial peel treatments using our innovative Korean skincare range.
These additional qualifications reflect her passion for staying at the forefront of the beauty and wellness industry and enables her to offer clients effective, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to their individual needs.
