It all started when I was just 16 years old, and now, after 37 amazing years of self-employment, I've gained quite a bit of expertise! Over the years, I've specialised in Electrolysis, Cryopen treatments, Microneedling, and chemical peels.
It's been such an incredible experience growing within this field and continually learning new techniques and therapies. Each service I offer is something I'm truly passionate about. Seeing the smiles on my clients' faces after their treatments makes it all worthwhile.

Karen is our incredible Spa Manager at DreamsDay Spa. With an impressive 19 years in the industry, she's truly a gem. Specialising in intimate waxing and crafting the perfect makeup look with Delilah products, she brings unparalleled expertise to our team.
What sets her apart is not just her skill but her genuine passion for ensuring every customer feels comfortable and valued. She's dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere and giving 101% to customer care and experience.
When she's not making magic happen at the spa, she enjoys spending her spare time on various hobbies that keep her inspired and energised.

Lucy-the Angel

Lucy joined DreamsDay Spa in 2021, and it's been an amazing journey so far. My specialities include a range of holistic therapies such as reflexology, massage, Cancer wellness treatments, Pevonia facials, and our unique Clear Head Ritual – which happens to be my absolute favorite. There's something so rewarding about seeing the relaxation wash over someone's face after one of these sessions.

Since Jane joined the team in 2023, she has trained in Pevonia's advanced skin care and Delilah makeup. This training has really boosted her confidence and allows her to provide our clients with an exceptional experience every time they visit us.

Sadie has been with us since completing her NVQ Level 3 training at Collage, substantiating skills in various aspects of spa therapy and customer service.
In addition to this qualification, she has successfully completed and passed her training in Pevonia Luxury skincare brand. This specialised training has equipped her with a robust knowledge of high-end skincare treatments and products, which align perfectly with the quality standards upheld by DreamsDay Spa.

Diana
Beauty Therapist
Diana’s warm and caring nature perfectly complements her expertise in massage therapy. She is genuinely passionate about helping clients reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. Her dedication to supporting others on their wellness journey is truly inspiring and reflects our mission and values.
Alongside her massage therapy qualifications, Diana has completed advanced training in gel and builder gel applications.
Most recently, Diana has expanded her expertise by completing advanced training in facial peel treatments using our innovative Korean skincare range. This additional qualification reflects her passion for staying at the forefront of the beauty and wellness industry and enables her to offer clients effective, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to their individual needs.
Scarlett
Beauty Therapist
Currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 qualification, Scarlett has already successfully completed her NVQ Level 2 and is continuing to develop her skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience with our team.
Known for her bright, bubbly personality and friendly approach, she is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. Her meticulous eye for detail makes her particularly talented in nail treatments, where precision and perfection are key.
She has also completed her Pevonia facial training and OPI Builder Gel training, further expanding her expertise and allowing her to provide high-quality treatments with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the gym and maintaining an active lifestyle.
